Project Management
We manage simultaneously all projects and activities, both carried out in-house and/or at Customer’s sites. Our project manager has the task of guaranteeing the proper people and project rollout, in agreement with the established timing and attended qualitative results. Automatic timing management systems ensure transparency to all actors involved, as the real time update on the state of project advancement.
Confidentiality
This is the fundamental starting milestone necessary to perform all projects in “work package” mode, developed within our technical offices.
In order to guarantee the highest level of confidentiality and data security, ERRE Technology Group has obtained the Volkswagen and VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) certification, based on ISO 27002:2013, released by the German certifier “OS” and TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessement Exchange).
The investments made to support the certification included: modification of internal processes, physical modification to the offices, specific layout of hardware, advanced connection systems and redundant disaster recovery.
Cost Down
Our team use the most modern techniques of analysis to offer solutions that enables the Customer to implement technical modifications to save costs while maintaining the product’s final quality. The simultaneous engineering, the standardization of the variant reduction and the topologic optimization are some of the application related to the cost down activities. The cost down potential is larger than expected by most Clients and it is applicable for both large and small series. Our technical team has acquired multiple years of experience in this field, leading many projects that brought a total cost saving of hundreds of millions within a leading European OEM.
