International Friendship Day

Talking about friends in the workplace almost sounds like an advertising slogan. It’s true: we are colleagues and friends are often another thing. However, one of the objectives that we at ERRE seek with more conviction is the creation of a climate of serenity, which converts the inevitable tensions connected to the Business into a mutual stimulus. Because we are convinced that peaceful people are also more productive. It is no coincidence that we are among the very few Italian companies with a Chief Happiness Officer in its organization chart. So yes, we are colleagues, but for this very reason, we want to celebrate this day as a stimulus for the creation of a sustainable and inclusive work environment for all of us.
