The Customer Experience is aiming to define cohesion between business goals and user’s needs, with the goal of establishing a clear project vision. We start a project by exploring the product or service’s context of use, the reference market and sector trends: various techniques of qualitative, quantitative and technological scouting activities are performed during this phase.
Our attention focuses on the user: we enquire his or her needs in deepness, therefore learning all the information needed to develop usable, appealing and desirable products.
From research to strategy: we use the collected data to define the project targets, to establish the design criteria and the product evaluation metrics.
